Fernando Marroquin: Graphic Department Lead

 Fernando came to America in 2001 from his home in Guatemala. Fernando takes pride in all he does. When he makes a promise you can be sure that he will do everything he can to make it happen. This mindset allows him to head up installations, on-site work, lay up dept. and be multi-talented in many areas of production. Fernando also works close with his brother Raul in the operation of computer aided machinery.
WHAT ROLE DO YOU PLAY AT INSIGNIA?
I am responsible for lay-up and everything that comes into the building. I handle receiving and maintain the inventory. I also take a lead role in installations, on-site work, and computer aided machinery.
WHAT IS THE BEST PART OF WORKING HERE?
The opportunity to learn something new every day.
WHAT DO YOU LIKE MOST ABOUT SERVING THE INSIGNIA CUSTOMERS?
Watching the smile on their faces. I like it when I am in charge of a project on-site and the people just go nuts over the project we just did. I like it when they smile big and say, "Oh my God it looks so good!."
HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOURSELF?
Good-looking. On a more serious note, I am quiet, sensitive and, obviously, have a good sense of humor.
HOW WOULD OTHERS DESCRIBE YOU?
Respectful, Smart, Hard-Working, Sensitive and Quiet but when the moon is full...watch out (just kidding).
WHAT INSPIRES YOU?
Growth, I love the challenge of working towards my goals.
HOW DO YOU LIKE TO HAVE FUN?
Go out with friends, bowling, movies, spending time with people I feel comfortable with.
