Ted Howard: Sales

 Ted began his professional career right out of High School with Frito Lay. Since then he has worked in sales for Frito Lay, Breyers Ice Cream, C & L Custom Jackets, and owned his own online all purpose store. He has been with Insignia since 1997. He has performed just about every task with Insignia from Shipping to Production Management which makes him very knowledgeable and helpful in all of his customer service tasks.
WHAT ROLE DO YOU PLAY AT INSIGNIA?
My main responsibility is to ensure that all of our customers are taken care of in a timely fashion. You will get to know me very quickly because I am the first person you will talk to when you work with Insignia. I am in charge of customer service, estimates, order processing, and sales.
WHAT IS THE BEST PART OF WORKING HERE?
There are so many great things about working at Insignia its hard to choose. I would say that the best things are being in a good, supportive Christian environment where integrity is a priority, the constant change and progressive growth of the company. and staying busy from the moment I walk in the door until I leave at night.
WHAT DO YOU LIKE MOST ABOUT SERVING THE INSIGNIA CUSTOMERS?
The thing I like most about serving Insignia customers is that I am able to give them peace of mind -- being able to assure them step by step that once Insignia is involved in their project they don't have to worry about a thing --and that at the end of it all their sign will represent their company exactly the way they want it to.
HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOURSELF?
I am a very easy going person with a big heart and generous spirit. I love to make people laugh and try to have fun where ever I go. At heart I am a big kid who loves to laugh.
HOW WOULD OTHERS DESCRIBE YOU?
Ted has a GREAT memory and knows about every project at any time. You can ask about a sign from 10 years ago and he will remember what it looked like, what the color was, and other details about the project. Easy to talk to. good listener, ambitious, smart and....definitely goooooooood Loooooooking!!!!!!!! (the last line clearly proof of Ted's great sense of humor).

HOW DO YOU LIKE TO HAVE FUN?
I like to have fun by playing softball, watching any sport that is currently in season, spending time with my wife, my parents.
